Reliance jio recently launched JioInteract, an entirely new concept of customer care on video calls based on artificial intelligence.
JioInteract is a brand engagement platform comprising of features like video catalog, video-based promotion platform, live video call center, shopping cart for e-commerce websites, and virtual web space for promotion.
Reliance jio Infocomm has partnered with US-based Reliance industries subsidiary "Radysis corporation" to introduce AI-based video call digital assistant, which aims to serve customer queries and improve communication.
The Bot termed as VCBaaS (Video call bot as a service) comes with machine learning features, which helps to improve the accuracy of answers provided for the queries. A big celebrity (Amitabh Bachchan) is at your disposal at any time of the day. He is just a video call away.
Jio smartphone subscribers can make a video call on customer care and get their queries answered. You can ask real-time questions on news updates, recent movies with the bot also being able to book movie tickets on ticketing partner "Bookmyshow."
How to use JioInteract?
1. Download the MyJio app.
2. Click on the Jiointeract icon, inside the application.
3. Make a video call and chat with Hindi movie veteran Amitabh Bachchan.
Users and subscribers can share their video call experience via the "Share" icon in the application.
