One Plus 7T Pro got launched worldwide today among many speculations. The device which boasts a triple rear camera and a pop-up selfie cam is the highly anticipated successor to last year's One Plus 7 Pro. The device was launched at a special event in London. Let's find out what lies under the hood.
The device boasts a spectacular curved display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a QHD+ resolution of 3120x1440 pixels. The device will pop out vibrant colors as HDR10+ is natively supported. The display size is 6.67 inches with underlying display technology being AMOLED. The overall body design is in line with the predecessor.
After the gorgeous screens, the most talked about thing in a premium smartphone is the Camera. This device has got the best of them. Sporting a mammoth 48 megapixels Sony IMX586 Sensor with F1.6 Aperture and Optical Image Stabilisation, the triple rear camera module also comes equipped with a 16 Megapixels ultrawide angle lens and an 8 Megapixels telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It simply means you can take wide-angle shots without compromising the clarity of the subjects. Also, you can take excellent portrait shots by diluting the background.
The front camera comes with a popup style as mentioned earlier. This selfie camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels with the capability of capturing ultra-wide-angle selfies.
Powering the core of the smartphone is the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor that was last seen in the recently launched Asus ROG Phone 2. Equipped with 8 Gigabytes of Ram and 256 GB onboard storage, speed is the last thing that you will need to care about. The phone comes preinstalled with Android 10 (OxygenOS).
The phone also has a mammoth 4080 mAh battery to power resource-intensive apps and features of this smartphone. You can also charge the phone pretty quickly using the bundled 30W Warp Charger.
